Help For Individual Athletes, Coaches, & Teams

As a lifelong athlete, I have always enjoyed sport, competition, and movement. I was a member of a state championship football team in high school, played club lacrosse in college, and more recently, competed in a local men’s baseball league. I have been a runner for most of my life and incorporate some form of exercise into my daily routine. I also have a deep love for the game of golf and compete in local Rhode Island Golf Association events.

I provide help to athletes of all ages–from those in their early teens to individuals who continue to compete into their 70’s. And I have worked with athletes who compete in a variety of sports, including golf, baseball, tennis, hockey, football, and equestrian events.
